§ Mr. Emeryasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer in what year he estimates that the increase in the real standard of living per head since 1964 will be at the same level as it was between 1951 and 1964, on the basis that the real standard of living per head continues to increase at the rate that it increased between 1964 and the latest date for which figures are available.
