§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that the centralised systems of vehicles and driving licences has been delayed by two years, he will, in his discussions with local authorities on interim action to continue the present system, propose measures to end the evasion of the payment of the road fund licence, which, on the basis of figures for London, causes a loss of 15 per cent. to the Revenue.
