§ Mr. William Rodgers:At present half-crowns are still being accepted by banks and post offices who will continue to accept them until 30th June. After that date half-crowns will be accepted at face value by the oRyal Mint in amounts of not less than £1, and for the remainder of 1970 the Royal Mint will meet the cost of postage.
