asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will now announce the dates of the Spring and August Bank Holidays in 1973.

Mr. Mason:

In England and Wales the Spring Bank Holiday will be on 28th May and the August Bank Holiday on 27th August. In Scotland the Bank Holidays will be on the first Monday in each month, 7th May and 6th August.
