§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether she will give an undertaking that future statements about the appointment of chairmen to public boards for which she is responsible will be made to the House in such a way as to ensure that oral questioning will be possible, and that an announcement will not be made during or just prior to a Parliamentary recess.
