Mr. Grant

asked the President of the Board of Trade what were Great Britain's net exports to, and net imports from, South Africa for each of the years 1964 to 1969.

Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody:

The only available figures of exports to and imports from South Africa are those recorded in the trade statistics. These show that total trade was:

The normal range of export services provided by the Government and B.N.E.C. is available to encourage our exports to South Africa.
