§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what progress is being made by the Highlands and Islands Development Board with its plans for a hotel in the Isle of Barra; and if he will give an estimated starting date for its construction.
§ Mr. Ross:The board has received my approval in principle for this project and is now negotiating for a site at Tangusdale. I cannot yet say when work will start.
