§ Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Prime Minister whether the public statement made by the Secretary of State for Social Services at Solihull on Saturday, 9th May about decentralisation in the hospital service and hospital facilities for smaller towns represents Government policy; and whether he will make a statement.
