Mr. Brooks

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will publish details of the level of capital expenditure on improved hospital facilities in the area of the Liverpool Regional Hospital Board, and in the Wirral Peninsula, specifically, during each financial year during the past 10 years.
