§ Mr. Bessellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what proposals the Arts Council has for giving additional aid to Cornwall for theatrical, musical and other cultural enterprises, as well as exhibitions of international art and the provision of suitable concert halls, theatres and art galleries.
