asked the Minister of Transport (1) if he will give an undertaking that the A38 from Saltash to Lanivet will be completed as a dual carriageway by not later than 1975;

(2) if he will give an undertaking that the A30 between Exeter and Bodmin will be converted to a dual carriageway by not later than 1975.
