§ Mr. Blakerasked the Prime Minister what representations he has received to meet a deputation from the North-West Industrial Development Association; and what reply was sent.
§ The Prime Minister:The Association wrote on 3rd December asking for a meeting to discuss the Industrial Development Certificate Control in the North-West Region. A reply was sent on my behalf on 19th December suggesting a meeting with my hon. Friend the Minister of State Ministry of Technology, and this took place on 13th April.
