§ Mr. Farrasked the Minister of Technology if, in view of the fact that Messrs. Cleco Limited of Market Harborough now proposes to have its vehicles built in the United States of America because of inadequate manufacturing space at home, he will forthwith issue an industrial development certificate to enable expansion to take place in Market Harborough.
