§ Mr. MacArthurasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when steps will be taken to review the scheme of designation of schools of teacher shortage.
§ Mr. Ross:The present designation scheme covers the period of three years to 31st March, 1971. I intend within the next few months to submit proposals to the Scottish Teachers Salaries Committee for the period from 1st April, 1971.
