§ Mr. Buchanan-Smithasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when incentive payments will start to be made to dairy herds which are accredited under the Brucellosis Eradication Scheme.
§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughes:Payments to accredited dairy herd owners who elected to transfer to the new scheme will be retrospective to 1st April or to the first month following registration whichever is later.
