§ Sir N. Cooper-Keyasked the Minister of Technology if he will include the Portslade and Dover gas works among those which he is discussing with the gas boards, with a view to deferring their closure, in view of the effect which this would have on supplies of smokeless fuel in the South-East next winter.
Mr. Alan Williams:There are no proposals to close either of these works in the current year ending 31st March, 1971.
