22. Mr. Scott-Hopkins

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works when the Government office blocks in Horse-ferry Road will be completed and occupied, and by which Ministries.

Mr. John Silkin:

Completion should take place in the late autumn of this year. The building will then be occupied by the headquarters of the Ministries of Housing and Local Government and Transport. The Secretary of State for Local Government and Regional Planning and his staff will also be accommodated in the building.
