HC Deb 11 May 1970 vol 801 c237W
Mr. Onslow

asked the Minister of Transport what action he now proposes to take regarding compensation to householders at Camberley whose homes are made uninhabitable by the noise of night work on construction of the M3 motorway; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Bob Brown:

Claims for compensation will be treated on their merits. Every effort will be made to keep disturbance to a minimum.
