80. Mr. David Howell

asked the Minister of Technology what study his Department is making into the possible implications for the United Kingdom of the measures proposed by the European Economic Community Commission in its memorandum on industrial policy of March, 1970, details of which are in his

expenditure on the trunk and principal with classified roads for the five years prior to March 1964 and the five years ended in March 1970 for which grants were available; and what grants were allowed during both periods.

The information available is as follows:

possession, for improved business management in the European Economic Community and the creation of a European management and training foundation.
