HC Deb 11 May 1970 vol 801 c217W
Mr. Peter M. Jackson

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will publish a table in the OFFICIAL REPORT, setting out the grants payable over the period 1959 to 1969 to enable disabled drivers to convert conventional vehicles for operation by hand control.

Dr. John Dunwoody:

The grants for conversion of cars to hand control, which are offered as an alternative to disabled people who are eligible for a three-wheeler, changed once during 1959–69: from £70 to £90 in 1963.
