HC Deb 11 May 1970 vol 801 cc233-5W
Mr. Onslow

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will institute proceedings against Business Promotions

The inquiries which are currently being taken under the Statistics of Trade Act 1947 are as follows:

Publishing Company of 16 Curzon Street, London, for not depositing any copy of its report and accounts in the Companies Office as required by law.

Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody:

The company has been requested to file annual returns for 1968 and 1969. If the company continues in default, the institution of proceedings will be considered.
