§ Mr. Brooksasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the ambiguity regarding the present relationship under international law between the State of Cambodia and the United States of America, he will now take steps to compel United Kingdom citizens leaving this country for Cambodia to take out appropriate insurance cover against the hazards of war, acts of belligerency and Acts of God.
