asked the Secretary of State for Wales when he now estimates that the Pontardulais bypass scheme will be completed.

Mr. George Thomas:

This scheme is in my Trunk Road Preparation Pool and possible lines are being investigated. I hope that the scheme will be completed by about 1976.
