§ 60. Mr. Eadieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to publish an up-to-date report on the effect of alcoholism in Scotland.
§ Mr. Ross:Some data on the extent of the problem will be given in a paper on health education and alcohol which will shortly be published by the research and intelligence unit of my department. Progress is being reviewed by a subcommittee of the Standing Medical Advisory Committee.
