67. Mr. Iremonger

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will now introduce legislation to make increased assessments for rating on account of installation of central heating apply only after sale of the hereditament by an owner-occupier who installed the central heating.

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will introduce legislation to enable him to pay grants to assist householders living in smokeless zones to convert solid fuel-burning central heating installations to electricity, gas, or oil-burning.
