§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, following the agreement between Mr. Nixon and Herr Brandt to 13W seek through the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation mutual East-West reduction of forces in Europe, he will now take the initiative for the presentation of specific proposals by the West without further delay for mutual force reductions.
