§ Mr. Buchananasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will now make legal aid available in the Scottish Land Court.
§ Mr. RossI hope to make an Order shortly extending legal aid to proceedings before the Scottish Land Court. As announced by my hon. Friend the Joint 517W Under-Secretary recently in Scottish Standing Committee, I also intend to make an Order extending legal aid in the Lands Tribunal for Scotland.
