Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications what replies have been received from the Universal Postal Union and member states thereof to the information he arranged to give them about the nonrecognition of certain Rhodesian postage stamps.

In response to our request to pass on this information to member countries, the Universal Postal Union issued a Circular on 23rd March, 1970. The Circular does not call for replies.
