Captain Kerby

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, taking account of the numbers of immigrants who enter the United Kingdom illegally each year, he will estimate the number of coloured Commonwealth immigrants who originated in the West Indies, West Africa, East Africa, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and elsewhere in the new Commonwealth who were in Great Britain on 1st January, 1970.
