Mr. David Howell

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will estimate the effect on the revenue of exercising the regulator in respect of purchase tax;

(2) if he will estimate the effect on the revenue of exercising the regulator in respect of duty on alcoholic drink.

(3) if he will estimate the effect on the revenue of exercising the regulator in respect of duty on oil;

(4) if he will estimate the effect on the revenue of exercising the regulator in respect of duty on tobacco.
