asked the Minister of Transport how much the costs of road haulage in Scotland have risen since 1964.

It has been estimated that average goods vehicle costs per vehicle mile increased by about 40 per cent over Great Britain as a whole during the period 1964–69. There is nothing to indicate any different percentage increase for Scotland separately.
