§ Mr. Roebuckasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he is aware that the number of officers leaving the Army and the Royal Navy prematurely after three-year degree courses at Oxford University sponsored by his Department is approximately four times higher, expressed as a percentage, than the figure for other officers; and whether he will make a statement about the matter.
