asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many new council houses were started in 1966 and 1969, respectively, in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, Kirkcaldy, Dumfries, Dunfermline, Dumbarton, Perth, Stirling, Arbroath, Buckhaven, Bearsden, Johnstone, and the counties of Aberdeenshire, Angus, Argyll, Berwick, Caithness, Sutherland, Dumfriesshire, Kinross, Renfrew and Moray.
