No. The Air Navigation (Investigation of Combined Military and Civil Air Accidents) Regulations, 1969 require that the inspector's investigation now in progress shall be in private. However, as has already been stated in reply to the hon. Member for Wembley, South (Sir R. Russell) on 21st January, unless there are good reasons to the contrary, the report will be published.—[Vol. 794, c. 135–7.]
