§ 38. Mr. Wallasked the Minister of Transport if he will publish the traffic forecasts upon which he decided that the new motorways would not be carried through to the city of Kingston-upon-Hull.
Mr. Bob BrownI am sending the hon. Member the present forecasts of traffic need on the A63 but we are now re-examining them taking account of the effect of the Humber Bridge. A final decision about the standard of the proposed road improvement east of the present planned termination of the M62 at Balkholme will not be taken until these revised forecasts are available.
