§ Mr. William RodgersInterest payments by the company sector in the third quarter of 1969, seasonally adjusted and converted to an annual rate, are provisionally estimated to have been £992 million higher than the corresponding figure for the third quarter of 1964. The Budget Estimate for payment of investment grants in 1969–70, including supplementary estimates, is £590 million, the bulk of which would accrue to the company sector.
