§ Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider taking steps to enable Trustee Savings Banks to offer the public a 176W years for management expenses and other handling costs for such savings media as National Savings Certificates, Premium Savings Bonds, Government stock and bonds and National Savings Stamps; and what payment he estimates he will make in respect of 1969–70 and 1970–71, respectively.
