The Construction and Road Transport Boards have not made any special repayments of levy since the employers affected enjoyed the full benefit of grants and other services from the boards throughout the relevant levy periods. But the Hotel and Catering Board is repaying all levy paid in the current levy period by affected employers since many other employers had withheld levy payments pending the House of Lords' decision in the R.A.C. case.
