Airport, held in 1969, which lasted eight days; what is the purpose of his proposed new inquiry follow- 152W dwelling-houses of 5d. in the £ for 1967–68, 10d. in 1968–69 and Is. 3d. in 1969–70. For 1970–71 the reduction will be 1s. 8d. In the current year, 1969–70, the reductions in rate payments for dwelling-houses with rateable values of £250, £182, £170 and £140 amount to £15 12s. 6d., £11 7s. 6d., £10 12s. 6d. and £8 15s. 0d. respectively.

The purpose of reopening the inquiry is to enable representations to be made 153W regarding the relevance of the latest financial developments to the merits of the proposal for a hard runway. I will let the hon. and gallant Member know the date as soon as it has been fixed.
