Members in each month since the inception of the scheme; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that such envelopes are being used for sending of circular letters to all new young voters; and if he will take steps to stop the issue of envelopes for this purpose.

I am sending a letter to all Members on this matter, which I hope they will receive tomorrow.
