§ Mr. TaverneIn the Treasury, 20 staff are employed on a casual short-term basis, all from employment agencies. The extra cost is estimated at £550 per annum.
1,076 staff are employed in the Inland Revenue on a casual short-term basis, of whom 145 are employed part-time only. None is secured from employment 80W agencies. There is no cost to the Department above the cost of normal establishment rates of pay.
