§ Mr. Powellasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will obtain from local education authorities the figures of pupils in maintained primary and secondary schools who, or one or both of whose parents, were born in the new Commonwealth, irrespective of whether they entered the United Kingdom within the previous 10 years, in order to provide figures on a comparable basis with those of the Registrar General for births.
