HC Deb 17 March 1970 vol 798 cc117-8W
Mr. Eadie

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to give similar protection to caravan dwellers in private residential caravan sites to that

million development aid to Botswana. The budgetary aid will be in grant form. The development aid will be on interest-free loan terms repayable over 25 years. In addition, the full range of British technical assistance will continue to be available to Botswana, including the Overseas Service Aid Scheme and the provision of experts, consultants, surveys and training courses. Further loans will be provided if required in 1970–71 to meet the Botswana Government's share of compensation and commutation payments to British expatriate officers.
