§ Dr. Ernest A. DaviesThe Board's Chairman visited the Company in February and July 1968, in May 1969 and in March 1970. One of the Board's part-time members was there in July 1969 and March 1970. In addition, frequent visits are made by officials of the Board and many meetings have been held with the Company in London.
