The Attorney-GeneralProceedings under the Obscene Publications Act, 1959, are taken in all appropriate cases. My right hon. Friend the Home Secretary is considering the problem of unsolicited circulars which, whilst not contravening existing law, may, none the less, cause offence and distress to those who receive them.
