63. Mr. Edward M. Taylor

asked the Minister of Technology when he anticipates that the British Steel Corporation will be in a position to pay a dividend on its £700 million of public dividend capital.

We expect the Corporation to be in a position, after clearing past losses, to pay a dividend in respect of 1970–71.
