asked the Secretary of State for Local Government and Regional Planning what meetings he has held with the Scottish Economic Planning Council since 13th November, 1969.

I had the pleasure of attending one of the Council's regular meetings under the chairmanship of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland on 16th January, 1970, in Edinburgh.
