§ Mr. EnnalsThe answer I gave to the hon. Member on 21st November, 1969, applies to all Government Departments. There is one minor exception to this policy, which is that retirement pensioners are admitted to ancient monuments and certain historic buildings in care of the Government at half price.—[Vol. 791. c.387.]
