asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many persons in Rhondda have benefited by the rate rebate scheme since its inception to the latest available date; and what was the average amount of rebate.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what was the total amount granted from public funds to Rhondda Borough Council under the Rating Act, 1966, in rate rebates; and how this compares with the total granted under the Rating (Interim Relief) Act, 1964.
