asked the Minister of Technology (1) whether in the event of continuing disagreement between interested parties on charges made to developers for installing gas and electricity in new housing developments, he will seek power to impose a solution on all concerned;

(2) whether he will give an assurance that he will announce his decision on charges to developers for installation of gas and electricity in new housing developments before the beginning of the summer recess.
